Refund Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, Adkins Mercantile does not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is produced specifically for your order. Please review product details, sizing information, and color options carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to ordering, contact us at shop@adkinsmercantile.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of receipt if your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in your email:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the item and the specific defect or damage
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect style, size or color sent
- Printing defects or misalignments
- Garment defects present upon arrival (tears, holes, etc.)
- Items damaged during transit
Reported issues are evaluated and confirmed on a case-by-case basis. If an issue is confirmed, we will make it right by providing a replacement or, if a replacement is not possible, issuing a refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for confirmed defects or errors on our part. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
