Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@adkinsmercantile.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If a problem is confirmed, we will make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Standard shipping requires 3-5 business days. Order fulfillment can take 2-4 business days as all products are made to order. Custom orders may need additional time to ensure precision.

When your order is ready, we’ll send you an email and text message letting you know it’s available for pickup.
Local pickup is available in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. The pickup address and instructions will be included in your pickup notification.
Pickup Hours:
Monday-Saturday | 8am-7pm
Your order will be placed on the pickup table on the front porch under the house number. Simply stop by during pickup hours and grab your order.
Please pick up your order within 2 business days. If you need more time, just contact us and we’ll be happy to make other arrangements.
A phone number is required for pickup orders so we can send your pickup notification by text when your order is ready.
The driveway and porch may be slick at times, and there is a small step near the pickup table. Please use caution when picking up your order.
Most orders are ready for pickup within 2–4 business days.
Once your order is finished, we’ll send you an email and text message letting you know it’s ready for pickup.
